YOU
Are a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Officer looking for a new exciting role. You are highly experienced at coordinating client invoicing, managing supplier quotes and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You want to play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of an amazing owner run business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate client invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage supplier quotes and process payments
- Maintain and reconcile client ledgers
- Handle bookkeeping and financial administration tasks
- Prepare and manage spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting
- Work with international currencies and ensure correct exchange rate application
- Provide advanced written and verbal communication, delivering excellent customer service
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, ensuring financial tasks are completed efficiently
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Strong background in financial administration
- Proficient in spreadsheet creation and management
- Experience working with international currencies
- Previous experience in an accounts payable position
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
