We make it easy

We pride ourselves on making the entire process of creating a holiday easy and fun. Here’s how to book with Encompass Africa.

1. Confirmation
You provide us with written confirmation of the itinerary you are choosing, the flights and any other requirements.  For those last questions before you book, simply give the team a call on 1300988378. They’re available to chat:

Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: by advanced appointment only
Sunday: Closed
Public holidays: Closed
We then ensure all arrangements on the ground are on hold for you, prepare your deposit invoice and send along with booking forms.  Once we receive the deposit payment and completed booking forms, we lock everything in on the ground. 

2. Safari concierge access granted
Everything is now booked and we set up your exclusive access to Safari Concierge. Here you will find your confirmed itinerary, flight tickets and endless information to help you prepare for departure. In addition to this useful resource, our team is available to answer any questions you may have prior to departure.

3. Final balance and travel checks
About 60 days prior to travel your final balance invoice is sent for payment.  We double-check all of your travel arrangements and prepare the documentation. Three weeks prior to departure you receive a travel pack complete with full itinerary, contact details of properties and partners in Africa, flight tickets and any necessary vouchers.

4. Bon voyage
Your specialist will call you the week before you depart to answer any last-minute questions and share in your excitement.

5. Guests in Africa
Encompass Africa offers guests a 24/7 Guests in Africa service for total peace of mind. This gives you contact with the best in the business should an emergency arise. We also monitor your arrangements to ensure everything is going according to plan and are here to help if things change.

6. Welcome home
For us, nothing beats that phone call to welcome you home and find out all about your trip.  You are now eligible for our loyalty program and refer a friend program that sees the benefit to you and Africa.

7. EATribe
You may not yet have joined our EATribe private Facebook group and will certainly have the opportunity to do so. This is where we share great stories of our own travels, insider information, exclusive news, reviews and specials to name a few. Plus our guests love to share their travel adventure stories through words, videos and photos.
