With a background in Ashtanga yoga and a deep connection to nature, Marcel’s practice has evolved into a mindful, calming experience that aligns beautifully with the rhythm of the wild. After years of sailing and diving around the world, all roads led back to Africa, where Marcel found the perfect harmony between movement, mindfulness, and the untamed beauty of the wilderness.
