Wildlife Live Cam Capers

If there’s one thing that’s helping us cope with the fact that we can’t travel to our beloved Africa right now, it’s the fantastic wildlife live cams that are constantly streaming live footage of Africa’s wildlife from beautiful spots all over the continent.

You can “be” in Africa 24 hours a day if you choose – and never leave your sofa. Watching wild animals gather to drink at waterholes is completely hypnotising, and the sounds of the African bush are strangely soothing. Hopefully we’ll all be able to witness these magnificent animals in real life very soon, but until then this is the next best thing – and we’re loving it.

Many safari camps throughout Africa have set up their own live cams around waterholes or are live streaming daily game drives. You can also find a number of live cams at Explore.org, who host streams for not only Africa but all around the world.
