Growing with intention

Encompass Africa 2026

There’s a particular kind of energy that comes with starting fresh, not just a new year, but a new chapter. That’s where we find ourselves at Encompass Africa as we step into 2026.

A new office. New team members joining us across the first half of the year. And a renewed sense of clarity about who we are and how we want to show up for the travellers who trust us with their Africa journeys.

Growth that means something

The travel industry moves fast, shaped by technology, competition, and ever-changing expectations around how journeys are planned and delivered. It would be easy to chase growth for its own sake. But that’s never been the Encompass Africa way.

For us, growth means investing in our people, deepening our partnerships across the continent, and continuing to improve the experiences we create for our travellers. It means staying curious, staying connected, and staying true to what we believe great Africa travel looks like.

We’re proud of the steady, intentional momentum that has brought us to this point and quietly excited about what the year ahead holds.

Revisiting our values

Over the past year, we took real time to reflect on the values that guide our work. Not a branding exercise, rather a genuine reckoning with who we are (as a business, team and individuals) and how we want to operate in an industry that is always changing.

What emerged was a sharper articulation of things we’ve always believed: that we should innovate thoughtfully, lead with heart, serve with purpose, honour the cultures we connect our travellers with, and ensure that Africa remains accessible to all who dream of experiencing it.

These aren’t words on a wall. They shape every conversation we have, every itinerary we design, and every relationship we nurture across the continent. They are the reason we continue to evolve without losing sight of what matters most.

We combine experience, human insight and technology in ways that enhance (rather than replace) the craft of thoughtful Africa travel planning.

That balance is something we’re proud of, and something we’ll keep working to get right.

What comes next

We’re not ones for grand announcements.

But we are genuinely enthusiastic about what 2026 holds for Encompass Africa, for our travellers, and for the continent we love and know deeply.

If you’d like to talk about your Africa journey, whether it’s a long-held dream or a plan beginning to take shape, we’re here, and we’d love to hear from you.
