What to expect on this Cape Town tour
Every step offers a postcard-worthy view that’s for sure. You start off from the ocean’s edge, the trail winds into the spectacular Table Mountain National Park, offering stunning perspectives of Cape Town’s most iconic landmarks.
Hike Lion’s Head Contour Path
Your adventure begins with a scenic hike along the iconic Lion’s Head Contour Path. Along the way, you’ll discover fynbos, a unique vegetation found only in the Cape, and soak in breathtaking views of the city, including Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles.
Into the Green at The Glen
You’ll then descend into the peaceful forests of The Glen, where lush greenery and towering oak and pine trees provide a tranquil escape.
Next, you’ll explore Cape Town’s dramatic coastline, where the powerful Atlantic meets two iconic beaches – Camps Bay and Clifton. Keep an eye out for Cape dassies and Cape fur seals basking on the rocks!
For a final thrill, you’ll hop on an e-scooter at Clifton 3rd Beach for maybe the world’s most beautiful e-scooter ride, along the Sea Point promenade.

Accessible and family-friendly: The Mountain-to-Sea Adventure is suitable for anyone who is walking fit, with a minimum age of 10 years.

What to bring: Pack light but smart: a small backpack with a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, sun hat, and sunglasses, swimming costume and a light towel or sarong, camera or smartphone for capturing memories. And don’t forget to wear comfortable walking shoes!
Cost: Book direct and in 2024 it’s been R990 per person (minimum two people). Prices on request for tours including a samosa-and-mimosa picnic overlooking the beach. Uber can get you there or we can arrange a private transfer but they’re more expensive.
