Step 1: Discovery chat (free)
We’ll explore your team’s needs, challenges, and vision. This relaxed conversation helps us understand what you’re looking for and determine the best path forward.

Step 2: Strategy session (if needed)
For complex retreats requiring detailed planning, we’ll arrange a comprehensive strategy session. This includes your key team members, HR representatives, and our retreat specialists to design your perfect experience. A planning fee applies for extensive strategy sessions.

Step 3: Your unforgettable retreat concept and proposal
We prepare and send a concept and full proposal detailing where you’d go, accommodations, inclusions, outline of the types of experiences and pricing. Whether it’s a straightforward escape or a fully customised leadership journey, we’ll make it happen.

Step 4: Easy booking process and travel app access
Once booked, you get access to our travel app and a Retreat Portal that is home to pre departure information, packing lists and more.
