The accommodation at Aore Island Resort is in comfortable well-appointed bungalows built along the beach surrounded by lush tropical gardens. All bungalows include private bathrooms, hot showers, refrigerators, tea & coffee making facilities, irons, hairdryers, and ceiling fans.
Studio bungalows are the perfect adult only escape, with a large queen bed and private balcony taking in the views of either the vast South Pacific ocean or the beautiful lush gardens. Relax in a hammock on the beach or sunbath on one of your private sun beds.
The one bedroom bungalows are the ultimate family home away from home. The main living area features two single beds, with a queen bed in the main bedroom. Relax in the warm ambiance of your bungalow, constructed with local timbers sourced on the island, or sit out on your private balcony with views on crystal clear waters or lush tropical gardens.

The crystal clear waters of Aore Island offer a snorkelling experience never to be forgotten, with pristine untouched coral reef environments beautifully maintained and protected. Aore Island is home to world class scuba diving, with the resort working with select local operators to provide awe inspiring experiences for all skill levels and ocean lovers. Explore the local reefs with bright corals, bommies, and caves, in areas home to hundreds of species of colourful fish, turtles and reef sharks. For the more experienced or adventurous, excursions can be organise to the famous SS President Coolidge, which was accidentally sunk off the coast of Espiritu Santo by Allied mines in 1942. Here divers can explore the wreck’s cargo holds, engine room, ship’s letters, prop, rudder, and more.
Guests also have the opportunity to explore Aore Island, cycling the coastal roads or hiking to World War II remnants to name a few. Excursions to Espiritu Santo can also be arranged, including village visits, cave tours, horse riding, WWII relics, and canoeing along local rivers to the spectacular Blue Holes.
Your point of arrival into the resort is the Wharf, stretching out over the stunning waters and coral reefs, and the perfect place to feed the fish and take in the sea views. From here, head off into the resort to explore the lush tropical gardens, splash in the outdoor swimming pool, and swing from the giant Banyan trees.

Overlooking the water’s edge, and at the heart of the resort, is the open air Nakamal (meeting place in Bislama), which houses the resort’s restaurant and bar.
